I wish I had a better review, as we just spent over $200 here on two pieces of glass and their needed parts, and the employee was very kind. Two days later, the banger cracked in half just from the torch 🫣 Thinking it was just that piece I went about my life no problem. The other piece (a very small bong) fell on its side onto a storage bin which is soft plastic. Something that has happened to me a million times before with other glass without incident , and on harder surfaces. With this piece, it was enough to crack it, and the hitter piece fell off. The glass says made in China and it has the quality thereof. Since it was 2 different pieces I know that the store can't work anything out with me, but after spending $200 I'm irritated. I've never had glass that broke so easily. Only gave an extra star because the guy was really nice. Either get quality glass and keep your products, or sell them for what they're worth. I now have to go spend another however much money for some quality pieces.
