I came in on Monday, 12/8/25 @ roughly 3:30-3:45 pm to the SmokeMarket on Crawford Ave. in Northern Cambria. I asked for my usual pack of Crown Red King size. She said, very flatly and non apologetically ,” I didn’t order Crowns this week”…. Not once did she lift her head to make any kind of eye contact. And as she said I didn’t order any crowns this week, Maybe go over to Unique.” So, not only was this employee extremely rude to me… But instead of finding an alternative brand of cigarettes that I could smoke and spend my money here at the smoke market… She sent me away to go spend my money elsewhere. My strong advice to whoever it is that owns this place, I would get rid of her in a heartbeat. And maybe look for somebody who has been trained properly in customer service.
