First review, probably 10th visit total. I love this place. Best vape shop in the area! Meredith was super helpful when trying to find the right piece for my set up. First time meeting her, I usually get helped by another woman. Also, the store is always super clean, which is unlike other smoke shops I’ve been to! They got a loyal customer right here 🫶🏻

Updated review 09/30: No more than 24 hours later, the owner reached out to me to resolve this issue. They have issued a refund for my juice and even offered to order more of that flavor , which is not a concern of mine. I feel satisfied now, and will continue to shop here weekly/bi-weekly for my salt nicotine! This was my review on 09/29 review, 1 star: I’ve been a loyal customer for over 1 year. Never had any issues. On Friday, September 26, I purchased vape juice. I did not notice it was expired until I was home. On Monday, September 29, I goto the store to ask for an exchange or refund so I can purchase new juice, and the employee says let me see if we can exchange for the same brand. She pulls out the same flavor Twist Salt Iced Watermelon and says oh no this is expired too. I said no sweat. Can I get a refund or exchange for other juice? The employee says I’m sorry we don’t do refunds. I say ok i’m never going to shop here again. Sad way to lose a weekly customer.

So I’m from Philadelphia. I work in the Phoenixville area and I frequent this shop 3 to 5 times a week. The staff is very kind when I walk in. They pretty much know what I’m gonna get and they have it ready for me at the counter Meredith I believe her name is is a sweetheart, always creature with a smile, very polite and courteous. I pass vape shops just to go here for the way that I am treated.

This shop is wonderful. They have great customer service and the prices are reasonable. The staff are very helpful. They have a great selection. It’s also really organized.

Great place! I actually have a bunch near me in Pottstown but it’s well with the drive. Great prices and so much to look through.
