I’ve been coming here for a while to get my hookah tobacco, but today I finally decided to upgrade and buy a full hookah set. The lady who helped me was awesome! She didn't just sell me something random—she recommended the exact setup she uses and loves herself. That’s what I call honest service. The hookah hits perfectly and the quality is top-notch. If you want someone who actually knows their stuff and gives real advice, this is the place. Always 5 stars

Out of 5 vapes I bought here, 3 of them (each over $30) were defective and stopped working after 1–2 days. I understand the store has a no-exchange policy, but it’s disappointing that this happens so often. I haven’t had these issues with vapes from other shops. Update: We came back to the shop and the owner was very kind. She explained what caused the issue and gave us helpful recommendations. We really appreciate it. Thank you!

I stopped by 1 stop Smoke Shop recently, and I was really impressed! The store is clean, well-organized, and has a huge selection — from glass pieces and vapes to rolling papers, hookahs, and accessories. Everything is displayed neatly, so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. The staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain different products and made some great recommendations without being pushy. You can tell they actually care about helping customers find the right fit rather than just making a sale. Prices are very reasonable, and the quality of their products is top-notch. It’s clear they only stock trusted brands and good materials. Overall, 1 Stop Smoke Shop is easily one of the best in town — great vibe, great service, and great products. Definitely my go-to spot from now on! 💨

Im very happy with my purchase the quality and prices were great compared to many other places. The lady who helped us was very nice and professional I loved her input and help in selecting what we wanted.

I bought a cigarette rolling machine from this smoke shop, but it turned out to be defective. I opened it, tried it once, and it didn’t work properly at all. I brought it back two days later, but they refused to give me a refund. Instead, they told me to call the number on the box for customer service. Very disappointed — they should stand behind the products they sell.
