The 3 stars is because they normally have what I need and employees are respectful and kind. My issue is, everything cost more in the City, and I like to have Ice with my water. Tonight I got a large bottle of water and a small cup of ice. They charged me for the ice. Meanwhile, the area where the cups and ice are stored has about 10-15 cups in the trash and on the floor. I am fine with having to pay for ice just not as much as they charged. It’s theft for sure and because of that, I will take my business somewhere else! Wawa doesn’t charge anything for a cup of ice if you buy a beverage from them!

I placed a DoorDash pickup order at this 7-Eleven. When I arrived, staff claimed the order had been canceled. However, DoorDash shows the order as fulfilled and completed, and I was charged the full amount. I never received my items. The owner did absolutely nothing to help resolve the situation. Instead of assisting or attempting to investigate, he became aggressive, told me he was watching me on the security cameras, and demanded to see my bag, clearly implying that I was stealing. I was not stealing anything. Being falsely accused while the store kept both my money and their product was completely unacceptable. After talking with DoorDash and their confirmation that the order was completed and they paid 7/11 for the order , this situation strongly suggests a pattern where orders are marked as fulfilled so the store gets paid, while customers are turned away and left to deal with the loss themselves. That is not a mistake, that is effectively taking money without providing the product. Modern day robbery. This is not the first time this location has mishandled my orders, but it is absolutely the last. Between the lack of accountability, hostile treatment, and what feels like an intentional scam, this store is not worth the risk or frustration. I will never return to this 7-Eleven

The cashier man Said is the best, kind and cool man. He really cared about a customer and tries to deliver the best customer service possible. Don’t even try to bad review this store cause this one is so far the best I ve ever seen!

i just wanted microwave popcorn and i couldnt find the place bro it took more minutes trying to figure out where this place is than getting here i think its gone
