So, Joe Joe got on my old lady enough that she finally bought me a gift! It of course cost me… not just the cigar but her and my daughter’s shopping spree as well🤦🏻! It was all worth it in the end🔥! She told me the man at Holt’s that helped her provided excellent service and even put my prize in a box!! To the guy that helped her…what an amazing choice❤️‍🔥🔥! To come home after a 12 hour shift, open that box and see the Padron brand was the first pleasure! But then I saw a label I’ve never seen before🖤! I ate my Costco Detroit deep dish for dinner and headed out with my smoke! BEST cigar Joe Joe has ever put his lips on, and they’ve been around🤷🏾! I thanked my wife and told her I just might keep her around…Holt’s and Padron, thank you for saving my marriage🥰

The customer service is impeccable and friendly, the selection is extraordinary, and their lounge is very comfortable with great people and wonderful conversations. If I lived in Philly, it would without a doubt be my home away from home. Highly recommended.

I'm a woman who enjoys a good cigar & cocktail when I'm visiting a new city. I asked the hotel what they recommended, & they said, "we've never been, but it looks nice." Since it was relatively close, I went. The shop itself has a vast selection, & price points. The service was friendly, without being patronizing (as some can be when you're a woman& not a regular),& warm & inviting. They closed at 6pm, but told me about the space/bar upstairs. When I walked in, I was truly impressed. The decor, the staff, again a lovely selection of stix, everything was a vibe that is memorizing. Ok, maybe that's a bit much, but it's sexy for sure. What I loved the most was the ventilation... the best of any shop I've ever been in. I highly recommend Holt's, & will be coming back from NY to visit them again soon.

Holts Cigar Shop in downtown Philly isn’t just a cigar store — it’s a temple of tobacco. The humidor was immaculate, like a well-kept man cave but classier. The staff? Helpful, friendly, and just the right mix of knowledgeable and “yeah, I’ve had a few of these myself.” The lounge was warm, inviting, and the kind of place where you lose track of time… in the best way. If cheers had cigar smoke and leather chairs, this would be it. Philly might have cheesesteaks, but Holts has the real flavor. 🥃💨
