I am quite sure this place is not open 24hrs a day. I've driven passed here at 3:30am and seen it closed but maby something changed in the past week! Regardless their prices are higher than anywhere else so if you enjoy donating money this is the place to go! I highly recommend the news stand on broad & Snyder in front of Walgreens probably the best prices around and fresh tobacco products!

Open later than most other places and has more supplies than the average smoke shop in philly. Was IDed, so make sure you're prepared for that. Bought pipe tobacco for the same price I'd get it anywhere else, so kudos to them for not taking the traditional philly "we're open later so we can charge more" route! Right next to a BSL station, so doubly convenient

The older guy in particular is very arrogant and all of sudden "711 and Wawa" takes the coupons. They will try to rip you off any way you can. If you are an personal roller, do NOT but the tobacco and tubes!
