Luxor Cafe & Hookah Lounge is hands down the best spot in Philly if you want excellent quality hookah that doesn't break the bank! The shisha is super smooth, the prices are incredibly fair, and the customer service makes you feel like family the second you walk through the door. It is the perfect, cozy place to hang out, sip on amazing fresh mint tea or hot coffee, and watch the game on their big TVs. The staff is so friendly and always makes sure your coals are fresh, giving you an awesome vibe to relax with friends or catch your favorite team.

I'm updating my review and raising it from 4 stars to 5 stars. I completely forgot that I first visited this place over 6 years ago when I was just passing through the area. Since then, I’ve been back multiple times in the past few months. I've only interacted with one of the staff members, and he is incredibly friendly. This is probably the most laid-back shisha spot in Philadelphia. The fact that you can bring your own food (no outside drinks) adds to the charm of the place. Even though the pricing is extremely reasonable, I shouldn’t be coming here as often as I do due to my financial constraints. But I continue to visit because this place allows me to forget about life’s struggles, even if only for a few hours. 🙏 -- Good place, very reasonable price and very good customer service.

Chill place to relax and watch the game ot just chill. The staff members are amazing and very welcoming and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I like the mint tea they server. If you are in west Philly check them out.
