I’m very big on customer service. When I had a problem with a product purchased from here they went above and beyond to rectify my issue. I was just looking for help but they replaced the product. The staff is always friendly.

That guy with the braids honestly took care of me every few often i come in. Always seem to cheer my day up with a compliment. He’s kinda cute too

Creates more pop the best in Philly that got everything you need for the best. Prices from the service is second to none. Really nice shop. I mean every single thing that you can think of smoke wise is there

!!!Reported to the better business bureau! I came for questions about lighters decided I didn't want anything I'm just inquiring about price, the Clerk throws the lighter and screams I'm waisting his time! , then I ask what's the problem. He starts grabbing a gun or some kind of weapon says have a nice day like I was so confused about it all because he was screaming all types of things I asked are you going to kill me over a question ? he says IDC then I say if there was anything I could apologize about he says he doesn't care because it's a private business. I read their slogan and think wow because it says if we don't have it they don't make it? I guess they stopped making employees with customer service because dude was a trip! At the end of it all he wasted his own time shouting for 5 min .

Listen up!!! Everyone reading this!!! This is the best Smoke Shop in the CITY! The customer service is top of the line! And extremely knowledgeable! I live for this store. And sometimes go in just to talk to the people behind the counter. Thank you for ALWAYS giving me great service EVERY TIME I come in.
