Bought a defective item at this store. The guy in the store says “I don’t know what to tell you, that’s a company defect.” No exchange or refund was offered. Will never be going here again.

The person at the counter was attentive and knowledgable. The selection was decent, but they didn't have any booklets of extra wide raw tips (apparently a rarity). They're located very near the subway and MM store, which is convenient. It also seemed very clean

Great collection and the store was super good however the fellow in the front desk was on a call and I had to wait for him to finish his call and then buy my stuff. Attitude could have been better but otherwise everything was great.

Well stocked. Wide range of items for sale and good prices.

Honestly, went there for the first time me and my wife are from Scotland and the guy that was at the register was so cool and welcoming. This is a really great SmokeShop.Definitely would be going there next time if I’m in Philadelphia!
