I would’ve given five stars if they were actually open during their posted hours, Whether it be they update their hours online or actually keep the door staffed so it can be open as it says it should be. good products, Not “the best” but good quality products at great prices. They always have a deal for you if you spend more

I went to get a bowl from here, and they did not have them in store, which was a little understandable. The CSR said he would order one for me, and said it would be here in two days. I came back two days later, and was told it was extended until Monday. I returned Monday and was told it wasn't coming in until tomorrow, and to leave my number to call. I checked back in a few days later, and was notified that it should be arriving that night, and I would be called back after the CSR called their supplier. I never heard back, and had to reach out the next day. This is when I was told that they did not have the proper bong piece for me. I'm leaving this review partially due to the experience, and partially due to the abysmal communication & lack of follow-up. My experiences previously were decent, but this was deeply frustrating.
