. Bought same kratom here many times before but their prices are highest around. So I found a better place. I had to go yesterday because our regular store was out. What a mistake.the kid Gabe tried to say it wasn’t true when I told him price we pay is $14+ less They either intentionally found a supplier way cheaper a bought every size every flavor or a diff supplier duped them. The kratom was dead fake. It would never dissolve even if you kept in your mouth for 3 hours. It had the texture of a piece of wood and tasted like cardboard. Also felt no effects. They are counterfeit. Of course I called twice this morning to tell them. They don’t answer. Not shocked. I think I encountered the owner or manager one morning. He’s cocky & ignorant and I’m pretty sure he knows he’s ripping ppl off

I was looking for a tobacco store close by and found this one. It's a nice shop. It's well lit and safe. Fast service and it has a wide variety of different products. This shop is outstanding. I highly recommend Quick Stop Smoke Shop.

Obviously the night shift guy hadn’t read this entire thing because his response makes no sense. I mentioned I’ve returned 2. That being true, this would have been the third HAD HE ALLOWED ME RETURN IT. I indeed had the vape in my pocket, of my hoodie it wouldn’t have made sense for me to walk all the way there without having it on me with hopes to either exchange or refund to SHOW him that it wasn’t working… A vapes “error” is not the customers fault. It is the person who is selling the items responsibility to fix the issue. 3 times is not a pattern as none of those times was it back to back, and I also stated ai bought many hookah kits from this store so If i were indeed trying to pull a fast one wouldn’t I attempt to return EVERY hookalit purchased? Before and After having 2 defective ones. NOT TO MENTION ever since the first time it was defective, I open the box IN THE STORE AND TRY IT WHILE BEING THERE . The manager clearly hires anyone. I am also aware of camera footage how about you review that to see how many I’ve actually returned because again, it was only 2. This time would’ve been a third. You have not ever besides the night we are speaking of tried to convince me to purchase other hookahlits due to their sometimes having flaws. I’ve always come for EXACTLY what I wanted and if ever unsure we have discussed that and that is the only time you’ve also tried to persuade me to try other brands before I left and shopped at the store on Broad st. Do not lie in a review response for favor to potential clients it’s not professional nor is it good business. Your manager knows what I do for work.. We can take it there if you’d like . — Respectfully i go here often i’ve purchase over 7 hookah lits. Once i had to come back and return it because it wasn’t pulling and the second I opened right in front of the manager and nothing was coming out so he gave me another. This is my third hookalit that’s done that and I called the night i bought it about the issue and was told u could return it if it continued to do that by Gabriel. The next day it continued so i went to return it and another employee was there he basically told me all of them wont work and basically i couldn’t return it. Funny enough I was able to pull it in front of him so i chalked it up. Literally when i got back home it began to do the same thing, almost like it was dead or out of flavor which neither of those things were the issue so i walked back and the same guy told me this only happens with you. I’m like i come here all the time, you see me here and it’s only happened twice he’s like no once with the manage i’m like i didn’t even leave the store that day he witnessed it. he continued to go back & forth with me to where’s i told him it’s fine and left. Probably won’t go back there because i did indeed by the last hookah when this issue occurred but I’ve shopped there so many times It shouldn’t have been an issue to refund me or accommodate me in some way.
