This is my first year as a member here and I like coming here. I specifically come for the halal ground beef! It's a terrific price and lean. It's definitely worth the 30 minute drive from South Philly. I've tried their muffins also and they are big like the original Costco muffins. They aren't as good but they are better and good for the price compared to Costco's new smaller muffins. I also really like the scan and go feature. I'm able to get in and out quickly. The membership price is comparable to Costco though and I think with the price they could make some improvements. The carts here are very rickety which I do not care for. I also wish they had self order kiosks in the food court area.

Cafe line seems to always be long the beverages could me more organized. I wish they stocked more seltzer water brands over all still a good store went the other day and couldn’t get gas

I delivered a whole truck of water to this location. The lady in receiving was extremely nice and accommodating. I didn't catch her name, but I wish I would have. This place is very tight for a semi Truck to deliver to. Show up on time. There's no room for you to wait except on the street. The police come by and tell you to move a round the block, so you don't block their road. The police where nice about it though.

Delivery drivers always ALWAYS skip my hot food. I hate this place so much! You are stealing my tips! Never, ever, ever again will I shop here. Cancelling my membership. You people ripped me off for the last time. Don't let me order something and then let people take it off the order all of a sudden! That's not how ordering stuff works! I was livid to see my entire order was fulfilled except my dinner. Thanks for nothing!

I love Sam's. Gotta get that Rotisserie chicken LOL. The fellas who make them Shawn, Tim and Chris I believe are super friendly. Many of the staff are friendly unfortunately the turn around rate is very high so one minute someone I know is there and the next they're not. Anny, Bri, K and Lucia from the front are super sweet too. Anny and Joe has been very helpful when looking for things or needing help with something ringing out. At Sam's weekly.
