Came here with a friend and the service was just okay. The real issue came when we ordered our entree. The food never came out because we waited for about 45 minutes. I asked our waitress where the food was and was told that the cook needed additional time and that the person had no help. (Not my problem) we eventually told them to cancel the order and left. I’ll pass and won’t come back.

The ambiance here is exceptional. It feels like you're not even in the airport. The service is wonderful and staff is amazing. There is a full bar,place to eat ,gaming area,lounge and you can even book a facial or take a shower to freshen up.The bartender Peter is Aahhhmaaziiinnggg! Drinks are NOT watered down AT ALL. The manager Lashay was just as amazing. She catered to my friend and I and was extremely helpful. the staff is super friendly. The food I had was good as well. My experience overall was THEEEEE BEST! My friend was the one who had the chase card and I was able to come into the lounge with her by presenting my boarding pass. She had to provide her boarding pass and show her chase card. You can only book a facial for departing flights fyi.

Stopped by Sapphire this past weekend and had a great experience. The vibe was smooth, music was solid, and the food came out quick and on point. Our server Gram really held it down — cool energy, attentive without hovering, and her recommendations were exactly what we needed. Definitely one of the better lounge experiences I’ve had in the city. I’ll be back.

I went here yesterday and had a TERRIBLE experience! nobody greeted us at the door, when walking up to ask about a table some one at the bar said 10min, shortly after 10 min we waited another 10min and the girl than told us “we have no table available “ very rudely . Besides that there were others waiting in line . The atmosphere wasn’t the best , and the food looked just okay . All of the staff looked as if they didn’t want to work, definitely not a welcoming experience at all . I will not be back very poor customer service . Better luck next time !

I went this past weekend and had an amazing time. The food was excellent and the chef even brought the food to the table himself and spoke to us. Service was a little slow but I know they’re training a whole new staff so it didn’t bother me or my wife too much. We will be back soon
