Great place, will definitely always shop here when I can. Best customer service I have ever received in a smoke shop, the store is also very clean and smells very good, and they are very professional.

I came into the store and was really impressed by Ciani. She helped me choose exactly what I needed and made great conversation throughout my visit. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I bought a product, did’t try it in the store. They apparently have a small sign that says try before you buy, no refunds/returns or exchanges. The product I bought, the battery goes down 1% every time I used it. This place is a rip off, please go elsewhere if you want even slightly decent products and service!!!

Bought a product here and came back less than 30 minutes later without even opening or using it. They refused to exchange or return it and pointed to a tiny paper with tiny writing that says “No Returns.” They seriously expect customers to notice and read that? On top of that, the employee was rude and acted like they didn’t care at all. Terrible customer service and a terrible way to treat customers. I’ll never shop here again and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible experience. Before buying, I specifically asked if I could return the product, and they told me yes. I came back only 30 minutes later to return it, and they suddenly refused to give me my money back. They didn’t even try to help and treated me like I was the problem. Completely wasted my money. Terrible customer service and I will never shop here again.
