I'm to the point of not coming to this store. The 2 guys there always give me and my friends different prices for the same products we buy regularly. The lady is always fair and she's always consistent with the prices. We go there everyday after work or before work to pick up stuff, the lady Blanca always gives us the same right price for any product while the 2 men that barely speak English keep changing prices each time even twice on the same day, that's why now we ask the guys to ring the product on the system instead of buying it directly. This is outrageous. We only keep coming there for the lady because she seems nice and also I feel she always gives us the correct price and explains to us if something we normally buy went up on pricing due distributor pricing changes.

The place used to be good but I don't know what happened. Maybe they sold and the new owner knows NOTHING! Every time I go in there the guy behind the counter barely speaks English. Today was the last straw, 8 asked a single, simple question, and the guy acted like he had no idea what the words coming out of mouth were. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on

Lady on the phone was very rude, I called to ask her if they had THC pens and if they require medical cards then she told me “I already told you we have them” and hung up the phone on me. One of my relatives then called the store and she hung up on her as well. She also said she was the manager. Very ignorant.

Nice guys and not bad prices for being on south street where we all know the rent is high.

Best smoke store in Philly. The lady there Bianca, I've seen her from other stores that she works. She's always very friendly, patient and informed about the products helps a lot with her suggestions.
