Used to work in the area, so I was a frequent customer. I no longer work in the area, but always had good experiences with this place, sometimes I just go there instead of a more convenient spot with parking and not so much traffic. Anyway, I purchase a pen there and realized it didn’t work when I got home. It took me two weeks to get back down there and apparently they just got rid of the system that tracks purchases (very convenient), I didn’t have a receipt and they won’t exchange it. the pen was full of oil not one puff taken. So I’m stuck with a trash product and out of money. Just don’t buy disposables from this place. if they don’t work they won’t replace them. I personally don’t feel comfortable testing a thc pen when I’m in the store. Bottom line they won’t stand by their products, so it’s not worth continuing to patronize this place, plus they don’t sell edibles anymore.

Wish they’d keep a persistent staff so regulars are recognized. Very unappealing to see a new person and get thrown through the wringer every time. At this point I’m giving my business to the papi by my block because he at least remembers my face after being a customer for 2 years.

Been working in the City for a year before I found out about this place. I was looking for a new alternative to roll with as I'm trying to get away from using tobacco. My coworker suggested I should try this shop and I did not only did they have a wide variety of different selections, the staff was very knowledgeable. I found the wraps that work for what I was looking for. they even opened up other flavors and allow me to make a box and then gave me a 30% discount! Small space but a solid experience every time!

Advertised items they didn't have in stock, yet allowed me to purchase them. Then called me to tell me they didn't have it, gave me a coupon code, the coupon code had the same number in two different fonts at the end of it, so it was illegible, had to edit the code out of the URL to even retrieve it, when using the link to use the coupon to redeem the money I was owed to purchase new item, it took me directly to the checkout page, which already had my payment information, which was no longer able to be used, so they blocked the transaction, so I had to call them back multiple times, just end up getting a refund, which tied up my money to for 3 to 5 days, not to mention gave me a bunch of aggravation. If you're going to sell stuff online, keep your inventory up-to-date, don't sell people items that don't exist, then put them through a huge rigmar roll to try to get their money back. Terrible service. The customer service was fine, but the actual service offered by the website? Garbage...

Today was my second time and second day there great customer service wonderful prices my new spot I love it thank you.
