My experience here has been the best was new to Pittsburgh and found out about this place. Have been a fan ever since. Great service, great energy. I had a little hiccup and was very accommodating with my situation. Highly recommend! This is really the best place I been to since being here for a year and some change. Highly recommend.! Definitely a loyal customer.

I actually really love this store but my only complaint is that, we are early risers and like to get things done early and Everytime we go to this store at 10 it's NEVER open!! This is a problem cuz I love their supply but due to them not being open on time, and even waiting twice now for after 10 and still no one, we had to start going somewhere else!!! They are losing out!! U guys really need to get ur opener on point, ur losing business..

Good selection and prices sometimes they open past 10am or 10:30 or even close to 11ish every so often. Today I had to wait close to 11am for them to finally open. May 3 2026 time is 10:54 am and they still not open.

Good product customer service needs work they pretty much rush you when making a purchase its a flaw with most shops in ths city but product is good mow im banned from the store

The store is very nice, clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the prices are really reasonable.
