Such an amazing vape shop. Absolutely love the new employees, so glad the old ones are out! Great customer service! They have such a variety to choose from!!! definitely a one stop shop!!!

This place is horrible. I went in and bought the biggest, best vape they offer and it was a SMOK. It cost $250 and they said if anything goes wrong, they will take care of it. One week later, the vape caught fire at the tip and it blew up. I dumped water on it and took it back to the store where they offered no exchange or refund despite having bought it a week before with a receipt. Ridiculous. I would not shop here. You would be better off somewhere north in the suburbs or downtown at a reputable shop.

If I could leave a negative 5 stars I would, bought a bowl piece PRE BROKEN and they can’t even replace it, poor customer service and poor employees and managers that can’t do or run a business right at all 💯 I bought give or take an hour ago, Friday July 17th 2026

This place is the best of the best!! The prices are the cheapest in town. The graffiti on the walls when you walk in make you feel like a little kid in a candy store. The people are truly amazing and make you feel like a actual person, I don’t know what happened to the old employees but I’m truly loving the new look of things… will 100% be back oh and I truly love when a small company takes care of its own ❤️🤍💙

She was a joy to talk to by being very professional about the knowledge she possesses on the shop as whole. She was so impressive it made me turn around and come back in and purchase more supplies and to show my appreciation to a knowledgeable woman.
