Always the nicest staff and they are literally open till1am! Incredible! The staff gets to honestly know their customers I have no complaints, their always very helpful and inexpensive! Some of the most pleasant folks to deal with as well!:)🦦

I shopped here and they told me that they bought illegal extra text without official permission and they took too much money, I was literally robbed.

I was in Oakland & stopped in this store to grab some games. I bought 4 @ 1.29 each plus tax. He told me $6. In reality it was $5.52. I guess he really needed my 49 cents. As I read the reviews I realized I am not the only one they have ripped off. Too bad, it is a nice store with a good selection. I will never shop there again.

Overcharged me $10 for a vape battery. Ill never come here again and the dude was pretending like he knew me. Since when were those batteries $35? I paid $20 last time (1 month ago). This dude is over familiar & a crook.

The very definition of a thief, my purchase total was $25 I was charged $30.25 when I asked the dude where did the extra $5.25 go? “Taxes” he said. That’s more than 20% Business must be real bad to try rip-off customers for a a few extra bucks. Looking through the reviews looks like a recurring theme. Never again.
