I’ve had consistently great experiences at Keystone Vapes - Southside. One of the standout things about this location is their very large selection of Kratom products—they carry a wide range of options, and the prices are honestly very reasonable compared to other shops I’ve been to. What really makes this place exceptional, though, is the staff—especially Sohail. While he primarily works at the Shadyside location, he fills in here from time to time, and whenever he’s around, you know you’re in good hands. He’s incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to help you find exactly what you need. I’ll say this too—there was a time when I’d show up right at 10am, and Sohail was always there early, unlocking the store and ready to go. That kind of reliability and work ethic is rare, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. I can’t say enough good things about him. If you happen to catch him working, consider yourself lucky—you’re going to get top-tier service!

Staff is great but stock for traditional vapes is never restocked.

After coming here for their juice specials on Tuesdays for quite awhile, the past several times the employee “forgot” to ring in the special and I had to ask for it. Would have brushed it off as a mistake, but literally happened 4 or 5 times. Either was intentional or they are just truly inept at their job. Cherry on top is that they are now no longer offering the deal soooo pretty suspicious. Used to have some really cool, friendly employees who seemed knowledgeable and offered good recommendations, but they have seemingly jumped ship. Asked for a recommendation recently because I have trouble reading the tiny labels and can’t tell what is low nicotine and instead was handed a giant binder of their “stock, when clearly a lot of it was, in fact, not in stock. Place has left a bad taste in my mouth, will no longer be coming here, do not recommend.

They sold me 2 nonfunctional vapes on 07/06/25 and I came in the next day for a replacement but the guy who sold me them claimed they were purchased elsewhere even though he sold them to me the day before. Carson Convince has them cheaper just a couple buildings down they will be where I go for vape products for now on.

Clean store, fair prices, helpful staff.
