Absolutely loved this place. My first time here was last year on a packed Sunday and the bartender — Teona was amazing! Funny, beautiful and quick service in a full bar. We returned yesterday for Motivational Monday with the Urban League and to my surprise she was our bartender again AND she remembered me. Something’s never change, still beautiful with quick service. That’s hard to find as most female bartenders have stink attitudes towards other women. There was something in my drink and Teona remade it quickly with no problem and no charge. She even cracked a little joke, so I got a few laughs AND a fresh drink. She is an amazing mixologist. The girl knows her stuff! Drinks 10/10 The food. Immaculatant. Best fish I’ve had in a while. I believe the cook said his name was Dontae. It also looks like they are adding an outside enclosure/bar with glass roll up doors. I will absolutely be back to enjoy this commodity.

Second Visit (Father’s Day, June 15, 2025) Updated Review for Noblemen Cigar Lounge – Penn Hills, PA After a decent first visit, I decided to return to Noblemen Cigar Lounge on Father’s Day, June 15. Unfortunately, what started as a chill, rainy evening turned into a major disappointment due to the unprofessional and dismissive service from the bartender on duty—Teona (spelled phonetically). While I stood patiently at the bar simply trying to buy a bottle of water, Teona completely ignored me. She made a full lap around the bar, then stopped to serve another woman who walked up well after I had been waiting. Even after that service, I clearly asked for a bottle of water and was again blatantly ignored as she walked to the far end of the bar. To make matters worse, she proceeded to refresh the drink of a gentleman who had just walked up behind me, still offering me nothing. Frustrated, I asked aloud, “Am I invisible?” and walked away from the bar back toward the DJ booth. To add insult to injury, Teona then deliberately brought the DJ (who never requested it) a can of soda and a plastic cup—clearly done to provoke. It was a completely unnecessary and unprofessional act that spoke volumes about the poor level of service and attitude. While I still give credit where it's due—the music was once again outstanding, and the crowd remained mature and grown—the service was the worst I’ve ever received at a bar. Because of this, I’ve downgraded my rating from 3 stars to 1 star. No customer deserves to be treated like they’re invisible. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this spot or say I’ll be returning. Final Rating: Atmosphere:⭐⭐ Cramped, smoky, and no change from last time Food: ⭐⭐½ Ordered fries that did not have that fire taste from last visit. Music: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Still the only redeeming part. Bartender service: ⭐ Absolutely unacceptable If service is a priority for you, skip this spot.
This bar was nice went with a group of friends and the music was good. Good dj. Should invest in bigger bathrooms. Overall good time. I'm convinced no bars in Penn hills have good parking.
They have very good vibes and food. Every time I go I have a wonderful time.
Decadent cigar lounge and bar. Events and live music. Indoor and covered outdoor spaces. Affordable happy hour specials. Friendly and welcoming management and staff. Great food. What's not to love?
