I have always had a great experience either in Oakland or the one in Sq Hill. They know their stuff, any products I have purchased have been high quality and the customer service is amazing. These guys try real hard to make sure you’re happy with what you are getting. As far as Oakland being dirty Oakland has always been dirty period, the O had roaches and rats too and it never stopped people from eating there. Same with the rest of the restaurants in Oakland and I’m not eating what I’m smoking so ehh… I give them nothing but kudos! And the added bonus these guys hours are amazing I can get what I need late and early!!

They are selling products that don’t work and when you go back and tell them they say there is nothing they can do! I’ve been here a several times and the guy tried to lie and say they always have people try the products before leaving the store, which is a lie I’ve never tried the product before leaving the store. Couldn’t even be accommodated for a product they sold spent $50 and he said the product was $20 a piece so you guys are botching the prices for certain customers. I would never ever recommend anyone to go to that store. To basically look in my face after selling me something and say nothing we can do after spending my money is rude. NEVER GO TO THAT STORE THEY SELL NOT WORKING PRODUCT THEN LIE TO YOUR FACE AND “BASICALLY SAY WELL I WASN’T THE ONE WHO SOLD IT TO YOU”. How rude and inconsiderate of that persons hard earned money. WOULD NEVER SPEND ANY MONEY THERE AGAIN..

Have yet to have any type of negative experience at any Smokey Bros to date - was absolutely thrilled to see a location open in Oakland, especially with such kick-ass hours! I've been an on & off customer for years and over those years have referred TONS of people there that are in the market for vapes, THC, Kratom and more and those people have never once been disappointed. Sure - some of their items can be a little bit pricey, but in all fairness that's because they're a good quality and good brands... If you want something that lasts, 9 times out of 10 - you're gonna be looking at a pretty decent cost increase, BUT it will last.

Bought two batteries from here that just didn’t work, so I don’t recommend- there’s a nice smoke shop in South Oakland called Head of the Glass that’s nice quality
