The Traditional Cigar & Pipe Shop Visited on July 25, 2024 I stumbled upon The Traditional Cigar & Pipe Shop located at 5835 Forward Avenue in the charming Squirrel Hill neighborhood. As I was capturing some photos of the quaint exterior, I was warmly greeted by Jay, the co-owner and operator of this new gem. He kindly invited me inside for a closer look. The shop boasts a cozy, inviting atmosphere, buzzing with several patrons enjoying the rich aromas of premium cigars. Jay escorted me to the well-stocked walk-in humidor, showcasing an impressive assortment of cigars from both domestic and international origins. His extensive knowledge and passion for the cigar business were immediately evident, making my impromptu visit exceptionally informative and enjoyable. Jay's personable approach and the welcoming vibe of the establishment have piqued my interest for a return on their special 'Smokes and Sundresses Sunday.' I'm looking forward to experiencing more of what they have to offer. Highly recommend a visit to The Traditional Cigar & Pipe Shop for an authentic and enjoyable cigar experience. Great little pipe & cigar shop, unfortunately they were almost completely out of pipe tobaccos when I went to visit. It looked like they used to have tons, but most of the jars and shelves were empty. I’ll have to try to go again some other time after they restock maybe?

This is a very chill cigar shop and lounge. I’m an out-of-towner and I went two days in a row to kill some time. Both gents on both days were very kind and accommodating, very customer service oriented. The cigar prices are great, and they have a good selection. I would recommend they put an extra smoke filter or extraction fan in the side smoking room as it can get pretty smoky when a few folks are enjoying cigars. I highly recommend this place! 🙏🤎

It would be nice if the opened on time. Sign said back in 10 minutes. 45 min later, they were still not back. It might be a nice place. Never got in to find out.
