If I could give a 0 I would. Salesman was 30 minutes late opening the shop. When I arrived after waiting for him to open, he read extremely rude. DO NOT GO HERE. It’s a small kiosk and has a terrible selection. Terrible overall experience and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

More than half my products were leaking when I opened the package and they would not let me return them, they are expensive. so I am out a lot of money. When you sell something that’s defective you should be allowed to return it like every store in the world.

The salesman was very informative and helpful. He didn't have all the product i needed, but was very satisfied overall. Will return 🙂

I go during normal business hours and half the time everything is all closed up. So they leave a note saying "If you need assistance, call __________" So I call and no answer!

Fling wide is an excellent e cig. The customer service is very good.
