Owner is nice knows me. Girl working at the W-B loc has seen me over a dozen times and still argues the price of the vapes I buy every time. Found a new store and will suggest to others. Employees that don't care or listen to the customer will ruin your business!

The owner is super nice. I highly recommend this establishment. They are very professional respectful kind, and will help you with each faith that they sell. They are very knowledgeable. This is my favorite go to spot. Great people make you feel like family and they never forget your face I can’t say enough good things about the shop. They have many varieties and if there’s something specific they will go above and beyond and try to assist you in ordering it if they have the capability, they always run combo specials That you can get multiple vapes in different flavors nearly a fraction of the price. I purchase vapes for my 75 year old mother whom is bed bound and on hospice at this store weekly. When my mother opened this one this morning it immediately jammed on and overheated, burning her hand. My mother called out to me and my spouse immediately took the vape outside as it was hot enough to be a fire concern. It proceeded to stay jammed on and leak burnt oil. I went back to the vape shop immediately after this and explained the situation. The employee refused to exchange the vape or contact the store owner. This store has permanently lost my families business.
