Amazing customer service. Had everything I needed the store was pretty well stocked up. Also they fairly price their items and still managed to take care of me and give me a discount. Will for sure only be shopping here.

I was very pleased with my visit, I couldn’t have been anymore happy finding a product i actually like. Customer service was outstanding with helping me decide on what to get. The products are amazing especially ones I’ve never tried before. I cannot wait to stop back here soon and see what else they have in stock for me!

Google says that this smoke shop, Royalty Tobacco & Cigars, opens up at 08:00 A.M. everyday but Sunday. I am on my way to work & figured I would stop here to give Royalty Tobacco & Cigars a try. I arrived in the parking lot early, around 07:45 A.M. I have no problem waiting 20 minutes for someone to show & get the shop lights turned on & register, etc. etc. etc. It is now 08:30 A.M. & there is STILL no one here!! Bad for business! I’ll find another shop somewhere else that ACTULLLY follows their business’s schedule. 🙄 If you’re looking for somewhere to stop in the morning, DEFINITELY DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I more than likely will not ever be back. Why would I want to do business with ANYONE who can’t have the decency to open their stores on time!

This Store has, tons of great products! The customer service is always excellent!

Royalty Tobacco & Cigars is hands down one of the best smoke shops around. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. They have a great selection of cigars, tobacco products, accessories, and other smoking essentials at fair prices. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere every time I visit. Customer service is excellent, and they make you feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. I highly recommend Royalty Tobacco & Cigars to anyone looking for quality products and a great shopping experience.
