I’ve been coming here for a while and honestly, I’m glad Stephanie’s finally back. You can tell she really knows her customers, half the time she already has what you need in hand before you even ask. That kind of service is rare these days. She’s always respectful, remembers what people like, and makes sure you leave satisfied. The store feels more organized and professional again, and you can see she actually cares about the people that shop there. Definitely a solid spot to grab what you need and be taken care of.

Suuuuch sweet people so I felt I should leave a review since there seems to be a bunch of 1 stars all written at the exact same time, and they honestly don't deserve that. I don't go to empire everyday, but they make it feel less transactional and more comfortable for me whenever I am there. They are warm, funny, knowledgeable, and kind. I very much appreciate having this business in town because I don't feel that anywhere else.

This is the best smoke shop in the area. That have ever thing you need an if not they will get it for ya!! An the people that work there are the greatest they make you feel like family. An my opinion best selection of flower! All I can say is George an fam keep doing what you do!! You guys are doing it right.. An as far as the people that had a not so good time that's on you.. Because this place is great an so are the people that run it..

Always a great experience. Amanda is my favorite worker. She is sooo nice and extremely knowledgeable about basically all the products. Prices are fair but nothing beats the customer service and quality of product. I spend 100’s at a clip and will continue to do so with the family friendly experience I receive.

The Manager is HORRIBLE!! I am a regular customer and they have this girl name Stephanie..I came in to the store to buy a product and liked a employee that was there before and I stated that I wish they were still there n I was walking minding my business and the girl came out started screaming at me to get a job and tell me I can’t come back back I was expressing my own personal feelings to my husband this girl is so rude every time I come there and she banned me from going there very sad was my favorite place to go
