I went in on Monday to purchase a few items and Levi was there! She is extremely helpful and She is very knowledgeable about the items that are sold at the shop! And her customer service is just 10 out of 10! Saying hi to everybody Welcoming them in. Such a great employee

Truly wonderful staff! I promise you will not find a more kind group of people, and they are more than willing to help aid any customer in any way possible. They are extremely knowledgeable on all of the products they sell, and are more than capable of guiding anyone to whatever it is they may need, whether they be a complete novice or a seasoned pro. There is no better place for your Nicotine / Vape, KRATOM / Kratom extracts & Alkaloid needs. And that is just scratching the surface. Go see for yourself. I promise you will be met with a smile and someone more than happy to help. The manager is a saint and local treasure as well ❤️ Truly the kindest person you will ever meet.

Came in with my mom for mother's day and Lindsay and Emma were AMAZING!!! They explained everything she was looking for and was able to help her find all she would need! Cannot reccomend Beyond Smoke 2 enough, super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!

I can’t say enough good things about Beyond Smoke. They have the best prices on kratom that I’ve come across, and the overall experience is always top-tier. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the people. The manager Lindsay and Amisith genuinely care about their regulars and go above and beyond every time I come in. They’re always welcoming, knowledgeable, and make you feel valued as a customer—not just another transaction. It’s rare to find a shop that combines great pricing with such a positive, personal experience. I actually look forward to stopping in. Highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t already!

Lindsay was so helpful and had such an amazing attitude and sense of humor. She seems like a lovely person to be around and I will definitely be coming back.
