HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Ive been here before and usually have a young lady who is always very kind to me. This evening i had a whole different experience. It was an older woman, i has asked her if they carried any zero nicotine products and she said “No we don’t sell those.Nope.”Before i even finished my 2nd sentence she got VERY nasty with me and loud and said “No. I already told you these all have nicotine.” When i was trying to ask if they had any lower mg, to which she got loud with me and said “No. Nope these are all the same.” Learn a little etiquette and customer service. Will DEFINITELY not be coming back here.

Went in yesterday (11/14/2020) and bought 4 packs of Winston cigarettes and (3) 3 dollar lotto tickets and they charged me 60.36 essentially ripping me off,then I try to call them and boom no working phone number. This is the 5th time they've done this!!!

I love it there. Everytime I go in to get my smokes the staff are very helpful and kind. I honestly love this smoke shop.

Nice. Good prices. Bought 4 packs of Wings menthol 100s and she gave me the 4th one free.
