Very large ,clean and well kept store. Extensive inventory of vape products and juices. They have a very large walk in humidor full of every cigar you can imagine. Tony was running the store when I checked it out. He was very well-spoken and knowledgeable about all the products being sold. Definitely recomend a visit to that location.

It's one of the unfriendly places I've encountered and when you ask about a flavor they don't know where anything is. I already had the Asian dude say a snarky remark about getting glasses when I couldn't see the flavor description when that is part of your job! I think you need to re train your staff because you can tell they really don't know much and have an attitude problem for whatever reason once you ask a question!!

Don’t recommend buying tobacco. Sold me a stale bag and wouldn’t do anything to make it right. I won’t be returning. You took my money and basically told me to pound sand when I came back in with the expired tobacco. I talked with the guy behind the counter who inspected the expired tobacco called the boss who said nothing can be done. I left the product with your employee feel free to inspect it again.

The atmosphere is so welcoming, and you can tell the staff genuinely care about their customers. Every visit, Tyler is the one who helps me, and he’s incredibly knowledgeable about all the products. He’s never steered me wrong and always takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. As someone who didn’t know much about any of this at first, he’s made the whole experience completely stress-free and seamless. It doesn’t feel like you’re shopping at a store — it feels like you’re catching up with family. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!
