Yall always have the best service and the nicest employees. Shout out to the younger girl that works there, (early 20s, white, brown bun) She is always so knowledgeable with recommendations. she is awesome. I love this company. my favorite shop in all of exeter/reading/wyomissing. Don’t go anywhere else. If you want amazing service, recommendations, and kindness, come here!

I’ve been a long time customer of this business, I go in as I regularly do and notice the product I always buy MARKED at the same price I always pay. I go to pay and it comes out to double as what’s marked and normally charged, I just get a shoulder shrug and an oh well they must of changed it. Lost my couple hundred dollar a week business for good. Over what is a small amount too

The products are awesome and the shop itself is very nice, which makes this even more disappointing. Unfortunately, crew members Ray and Nivea were incredibly unprofessional during my experience. On top of that, having an unpleasant odor, which made the visit even worse. It’s truly a shame because the quality of the shop and products are nice but the crew does not match the standard of the store at all.

Best smoke/vape/headshop in Berks county! It’s ultra clean, gigantic inventory, and huge selection of products across the board! It’s only shop of its type I go to. Great staff! Knowledgeable, helpful, & friendly! Especially the young buck Nicholas. The kid always goes above & beyond to help. I highly recommend this place!

Called ahead to ensure they had the atomizer I needed. Store employee reassured me they had it, despite me clarifying which device it was for repeatedly. I drove 30 minutes to get it, and upon my arrival I was told they don't carry this part, there's nothing they can do and I need to come back for 4/20 sales. Would never recommend going here
