I called several times over several days to try and find out if they sold a particular brand vape I was looking for. I wanted to make sure they had what I wanted before I drove a long way. First, no matter when you call nobody ever answers the phone you have to leave a message. That would be fine except I didn't get a call back 1 single time of all the times I called and left a message. That kind of service, or lack there of, is not a good first impression and because of the lack of caring about customers I won't be calling or going there ever. Go to Sarver smoke and vape instead. The are always willing to help when I call or stop in. Even if I have multiple questions. That's a business showing it cares about its customers and not just making a buck. Plus, they have a rewards program too which is great.
