Dear Manager, I am writing to report a very concerning experience I had at your drive-thru on March 28th at approximately 5:30 PM. During my visit, I asked if I could swipe my own debit card. The employee informed me that I could not, as the machine was inside the store. I then handed her my card. At that point, she raised her voice and told me to come inside. I calmly explained that I did not need instruction on what to do, as I was simply making a request.Throwing my debit card and recipt at me through drive through window is so wrong on so many fronts. The situation escalated unnecessarily. Instead of handing me my receipt debit card, the employee threw it into the air toward me. She then began aggressively banging on the drive-thru window and pulling on it as if she might break it. This behavior was shocking and completely unprofessional. I am 53 years old and have never encountered such rude and hostile customer service. Customers should not be subjected to this kind of treatment for making simple requests. These are the reasons customers get so upset with your employees. I strongly urge you to address this issue and ensure your staff are properly trained in respectful and professional customer interactions. Good things cheaper than ny

I won't go to this location again. The guy working in there (younger, stocky and with darker hair) had nothing but attitude from the second we pulled up. No idea why but I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and was only met with hostility and disrespect. I'll stay away from that location as long as he's there 🙄

Saw a sign for cigarettes that was under $6/ pack, so i turned around and went in. I got 5 packs of cigarettes for $10 less than I have been paying for 4 packs. And the lady was very nice and helpful.

Professional, helpful and friendly staff. Very clean store and a large selection. Counter help was great and friendly. They have drive thru as well. ATM and lottery machine. The atmosphere is awesome and a welcome change from other smoke shops! Convenient, clean and friendly atmosphere! Beverages also. Definitely the place to go.
