been going here since they opened, multiple times a week. my mother does as well and often we go together, between the both of us we spend a bunch of money and have been extremely loyal to the place. prices are decent. people are nice, until you have an issue then they give you an extremely hard time. unfortunately today i had my first ever issue with a disposable vape, the liquid (not the battery to be clear) was not full directly out of the box and it tasted extremely off (possibly returned before??). so my problem is they do not really care about loyalty at all... even though theres like 1 million smokeshops around. i was surprised when they gave me a hard time just trying to exchange for the cheaper geekbar that i've never had an issue with. apparently geekbar is having some issue in general. it's kind of ridiculous but definitely open and sample every time or they will give you hell no matter how loyal you are to the place. bit disappointed, i'll give it a few more tries perhaps bc i do like the owners (who i will say weren't there) but really unhappy with how i was treated today like some kind of scammer when i've never once tried to exchange or ask for money back on anything. the girl insisted she tried to get me to try it before i left and i refused which is just a lie (she didn't today, but i conceded people have told me to try on different visits and today no one reminded me - and again i've never had an issue so i generally just dont even try them, still never brought one back...) anyway it's a very nice smokeshop in general so stars for that, just don't expect anyone to be reasonable if you have an issue with any products.

Great discount smoke shop with affordable prices and a wide selection of products. The staff was friendly Specially Owner Kim and Mike and their son Karman, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I needed. The store was clean, well-organized, and offered excellent customer service. I had a pleasant shopping experience and would definitely recommend this shop

Such a wonderful shop run by the nicest people! They have significantly cheaper prices than some of the other smoke shops I’ve been to in the area. I drive out of my way to go to this shop, passing like 5 others on my way for the prices and the customer service.

Really like this place. Discount Smoke Store 2 is huge and has a lot of cool stuff to check out. They have plenty of skill machines and honestly some of the best prices I’ve seen around. The store looks great and there’s always something interesting to find. The staff is super friendly, and Kim is especially awesome and always helpful. Definitely one of my favorite smoke shops. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. 🤩🤩

I used to love this place because they give good prices and they have a loyalty card but I just went there with the only $20 I had for vape juice for the week to get my favorite flavor the last me for the next couple weeks I bought the swedish fish I went home and opened it up and it did not look anything like swedish fish that I've had before I thought maybe they changed the way it was made or whatever so I opened up a new coil and put it in there and wait a 5 minutes and it was absolutely disgusting and tasted like cleaner and I can't get that taste out of my coil so it wasted a $7 coil on top of $20 for the vape juice I even tried putting different flavors in that coil afterwards to see if it would get rid of the taste and it won't.... I've been trying to call all morning nobody picks up the phone I'm going to go in person and see if they will give me a different flavor vape juice and return I don't even want to attempt to get another sweetest fish from there
