This place is not open up at 9:00 a.m. like it says on the door and on Sundays it says it opens at 10:00 a.m. that also is not true they do not open up at 10:00 a.m. you never know when they're going to open I stopped going there because of it and I found and I found prices cheaper somewhere else

This store opens very late every weekend. I’ve waited over half an hour for someone to arrive and open the store on time on multiple occasions, but only on the weekends. I’m not the only one either, I’m usually never the only one waiting and others say the guy is late every weekend as well. They should be open at 9am as posted.

I never post bad reviews however a week ago I bought a vape from this store when I went back to get cartridges the person behind the counter told me he doesn't sell the model I have and I must have gotten it somewhere else. When I explained that I defiantly got it there he called me a liar. If I where his boss he'd be fired. I would never talk to a customer like that.

Don't buy anything from this store unless you know you aren't going to want to return it. I bought a zippo, never even took it out of the box, brought it back 12 hours later and they told me they would not give me my money back. I had the receipt too. I will NEVER buy anything from this store again, not even a pack of cigarettes. That's a real easy way to lose customers and they just lost 5, because my brother, boyfriend, and 2 cousins said they will never buy anytjing there again either. Good job tobacco road!!!

Great people.....always helpful and friendly.
