Nice store. Wide selection on everything

Couldn't shop. Hours online say open till 9pm. Very large sign in the window says "I assure you, we are open." Half the lights were off, the door was locked, a smaller sign says closed and small sign with hours says they close at 8pm.

TO SMOKERS EXPRESS So when you call and they say they are closing early at 6:00 and you get there at 5:54 and they are already "closed" and there is someone standing inside who completely dismisses you and 4 other customers who walk up that is completely rude and unprofessional. I have no problem with closing early and I couldn't get there any sooner but I did expect they would not close until 6:00 like I was told. "SAY WHAT YOU MEAN AND MEAN WHAT YOU SAY" or you will lose business because there is always another business who can provide better customer service and before you know it your "CLOSED" sign will read "OUT OF BUSINESS".

I have been coming here from my house in Mt pleasant since I've been here almost a year but tonight Jan 8th i arrived at the store at exactly 5:51 pm and the lovely employee that always looks missed off was counting out her drawer seeing this my wife jumped out of .y truck and folded her hands like she was praying for her attention to my astonishment this employee just blank stared at my wife and ignored her needless to say you just lost the business of carton a week smokers x 2 I'll quit smoking before I ever step foot in your shop again
