Kapnos Cigars is hands down the best cigar store and lounge in Pittsburgh! If your looking for top-tier customer service and a shop that truly care about the cigar experience, Kapnos is the place to go.

I love this shop/lounge. I’m from the area but moved away 20 years ago and Kapnos made me feel at home. Super knowledgeable team at this shop, amazing selection of Garcia, Tatuaje, Padron. Also a nice lineup of hard to find specialty sticks. Highly recommend a visit.

Been here many times. The staff is very helpful, and always seems to care about getting you a cigar you'll like. The store and lounge is always very clean.

Wish I could give them 10 out of 5 stars. On memorial Day weekend, I stopped by and they reopened the store so I could shop. I always receive excellent customer service from the staff.

I have to say it is the best Cigar lounge around. Customer Service from everyone is off the charts. While I smoke cigars, I have met some of the most interesting people. Everyone needs to visit here!
