Nenard is exactly what you want in customer service. The whole team there is great. Nenard though will go out of his way to make sure you are taken care of! Thank you

False advertising prices! Cigars priced on them different than what rings up. “There’s nothing we can do” ummm yea there is…. Give me for your adverted price and then FIX IT

Awesome staff. Beautiful glassware for many different pieces, for incense to cones, then tobacco bongs and bowls. Ponytail guy is so kind and a wonderful man. Hate that I didn’t catch his name, anyway he’s so cool.

There is great customer service here. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I appreciate the way that the employees conduct themselves. I stop by here at least once a week to purchase something.

Always have everything I need. Best place to get all your smoking supplies at. The people that work here are always super friendly and helpful.
