This place customer service has declined overtime. I’ve been in the area for a good amount of time and have a good rapport with most of the employees, but there’s this person that works at night who has some type of hatred towards people of color in them shopping at this store. Her mother is the manager, so it’s very hard to get her behavior addressed when it comes to serving customers. I guess It’s true things are good until they aren’t! I hope the owners sees this

The only people that they hire there are nice people everybody is helpful nice suite very very honest people I love going there just to say hello to the three different people there

Rude, unsanitary, and completely unprofessional experience I stopped by the shop to buy one vape cart. The first one didn’t hit, so the cashier had me open a second one — which also didn’t work. When I said it still wasn’t hitting, she told me I “just needed to have more effort.” I even showed her how hard I was pulling on it and said, “Here, you try.” She snapped back, “I’m not putting my mouth on that,” in a rude tone. Meanwhile, a different customer stepped in and started blowing and sucking on the second one — the one I was supposed to potentially buy — trying to make it work for me. After he finally got it to hit, she had me take that one like it was fine, even though someone else’s saliva was all over it. When I said I’d just rather take my money back, she refused and told me she wasn’t opening a third one. Then when I asked for her name, she said, “Go ahead and call the manager — she’s my mom. You’re not going to get anywhere.” I didn’t raise my voice or act rude at all, the way I was treated was unacceptable. The whole situation was unsanitary, unprofessional, and incredibly disrespectful. Most of the workers here are professional and its obvious they value their customers. I have NO IDEA why this lady was so toxic, and maybe she truly does feel so privileged that being kind to me was not even on her radar. It wasnt my fault the carts didnt work. Her rude was so out of left field. Quite shocking. Not many excuses for it. I dont even want to go back there, to awkward, and Ive been a loyal customer for almost a year. Bummer. I really like to support local shops. But that was kind of next level ick.

Not even from this area. Parked out of the way of the entrance and walked inside. Was told "Sweetie you can't park there you need to move your car or i won't serve you." I walk out confused because there is only one other car parked in the whole place. I move my car over next to what looks like removed gas pumps. Same angle and everything as the other car that's there. I walk back inside for her to say "Hunny you still aren't Parked right. You need to be in the lines." I then expressed i was not moving my car again I was in no ones way and Parked the same as the other car out there. She said "That's employee parking and you need to move your car. I'm not serving you." The way that employee is lucky I went to anger management because why are you so disrespectful with the tone in which you address customers. Let alone if you want people to park a specific way then maybe clean your parking lot or redo lines or something. Cause I saw no issues in where I parked as they even admitted I parked just like their car. If you want people to park a specific place make it clear in the parking lot where that space is they need to park. As well learn some customer service. Not only did I leave this establishment because I was not moving my car a 3rd time to be told it was wrong again. But I went across this town to a place called Neals I found on Google. The staff was so friendly and kind. The gentleman working laughed when I told him what happened at the other establishment and even offered me a 20% discount to make up for everything. Which i tried to deny twice as the experience was not his fault. But he wouldn't allow it. If I lived here he would have just made a loyal customer. I will never return to this nasty and rude staffed place again. I advise anyone in shippensburg to visit Neals for any smoking needs they have. If I ever return to town I know that's where I'll go.
