We've been going to this shop for a long time now. The owner and all the associates are fantastic. The owner has gone above and beyond many times to get us things we desired and sometimes even knew what we might want before we asked. For this level of service we will always shop here.

This store is amazing and my go to! The owners are really nice people. There prices are very good as well. The store is very clean and well organized. They have a wide range of varieties you can choose from. I would recommend this store to anyone in the area.

I had received a new device for Christmas and it was a great choice, my s.o had picked out and was very grateful to have knowledgeable staff in store that helped her decide through the plethora of devices that they stock. I have since made purchases that needed returned with receipt on hand and they honored the return without hassle and were very helpful moving forward. This is the shop you want to go. Tons of Smok devices and coils and way more.

By far the best store ever! So much variety with the best prices around! The owner is a really good guy who is very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff is great too, definitely an awesome place!

Initially I found the service to be helpful and products to be fresh (leaf wraps) that hasn't entirely been the case in the last several months. The wraps (Backwoods/game/White Owl/ZigZag, etc.) have been consistently stale and dry as of late. Quite disappointing to get home to enjoy a nice blunt only to find your wrap is more like shredded tobacco leaf. This has been brought up to the clerks on duty more than once but unfortunately they just don't seem to care to do anything about it or perhaps management/owners don't care or in the case of the clerk today-have no clue what the products are supposed to be like. Just today was greeted by a fresh face, I pulled a couple of wraps (ZigZag in this case) and described my previous experience with them to the clerk. Asked if I could open them at the counter to check them before purchasing and he hesitantly agreed (understandable, this gentleman was new). Sure enough, both packs I opened (and a third after that) were entirely dry and crumbly-useless. I showed the clerk who stated he doesn't know about such things... At a smoke shop (new or not, c'mon. Anyone can see this wasn't how the product was supposed to be) Final nail in the proverbial coffin. Upon asking if the clerk was going to remove the specific product from the shelf, at least until management can be notified, was told it was going back on the shelf... Where other customers would be misled into purchasing expired/defective product. While the one dude has always been helpful (not this new dude) ONE decent employee can't carry the weight of a business that doesn't care to supply fresh product (rotate your stock! Let the vendor know it's bad, if they're professional they'll reimburse and replace your product!) Will not be returning, least not for a good long while. Shame, my friends and I enjoyed it but convenience can't replace actual USABLE product. ✌🏼Peace out cub scout.
