They close when they want to. Was 20 mins till closing time but was already closed while worker was in back till real closing time. But it's fine I got to exploring found my stuff cheaper down the road behind Wendy's I think I'll be spending my $200.00 a week at this new place just tired of wasting time

The lady clerk that works at the West Main Street location has an absolutely terrible attitude every time I've shopped. She is ALWAYS snooty, and is constantly talking about politics with absolutely no regard for the patrons in the store. Every time I have frequented the establishment in the last year, her unwarranted opinions have been expressed to myself, or others inside of the store. Whether I agree with her or not, she has no reason to behave this way and I am fed up after the experience I had today. I refuse to spend another dollar while she is employed and I will be contacting the owner. Cigarettes are cheaper at Sheetz anyways.

(plaza location) Rude staff with an attitude problem. The women normally running the place will stare daggers at you for having the audacity to shop in her store. I have showed up 30 minutes before close on multiple occasions, only to find the door locked with her behind the counter shrugging at me. Give your business to tobacco store by Lowe's or near Town square, those hard workers deserve it. AVOID THIS SHOP

This tobacco gives such a terrible name for every tobacco alley in the area as a whole. The people that work have always been so rude I honestly am in shock how people these act and treat others. I asked how much a certain item costs and they yelled back and replied "im busy"! And then proceeded to tell me that the customers is not right. Tobacco is a great shop and I love most but the one bad apple can ruin the whole bunch. Your not too big to fail so not caring if one store is poor is not a good business outlook. They are mean to me in Somerset and I will make sure to update my reviews for this tobacco alley.
