Great store chill cashier awesome layout also will come again

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a retail store in my adult life... Purchased a brand new $199.99 hookah from these people at Puff City and it had a defective piece. I was given a COMPLETE RUNAROUND when trying to bring it back, being told different things from different employees. I was originally told through text to bring the hookah back and they would give me store credit and the hookah supplier would take the broken piece back(better than nothing), then ANOTHER employee told me they couldn't do anything once I made the trip out there. Woman behind the counter was making up and changing the story and policies on the spot. A bunch of unprofessional liars and scammers at this location. AVOID THIS PUFF CITY AT ALL COSTS!! Almost any other smoke shop is better than this one!

Very nice, clean, and good sized shop that seems to have a little of everything. All of the shelves and displays were well stocked and organized. And not only were they more reasonably priced than I expected, but had great sales throughout the store. Jasmine was super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to just talk to. Especially since I didn’t realize I was walking in 5 mins before closing. Really appreciated your help and recommendations, Jasmine!

Blew me away is that the owners have COAs for their products. Lab tests aren't cheap. That investment shows massive dedication to delivering the best, safest products to their customers. The owners were super cool and helpful, too. It's smart to shop with businesses that prioritize customer experience the way they do, so I highly recommend stopping in.
