I personally have never had bad service at the Puffs in Sunbury, Pa. Love the manager and her personality.

Purchased a flip disposable vape pen and it came defected and tried to return for a different one and the people inside said only the manager can replace it and I came Monday which is today when the manager would be in and she told me I couldn't get a new one because I touched it and she'll be losing money i explained to her then im supposed to lose money because they sold me a defective device all she said was sorry lack of customer satisfaction I won't spend another dollar here seriously the worst

When trying to place bets on horse races, by the time you choose your horses and get to the register to place your bet it is no longer the race you were betting on depending how long the line at the register is ! Not Good ! However, overall I still like the store, personnel and The Boss !
