There’s a man with a sweet beard named Ian that works here. Besides having a sweet beard, he is an exceptional salesman. I come into prism no less than two times a week and try to make it in when I know he is working. He has an extensive knowledge of vapes and juice that are sold here. I wanted to switch from disposable to a mod and he was able to help me find something that was going to make the switch effortless. Down to what mg of nicotine to start off with, giving me a full run down on how often I would need a new pod and juice, what wattage to set my vape to, to anything I need to know about it so I knew what I would be getting into. I’m an extremely indecisive person that procrastinates on making changes like this, but Ian really made the choice and the leap easy and also exciting. Ian is always so willing to help and clearly knows what he’s talking about when it comes to all the merchandise that is sold in the store. I always leave a satisfied customer with my purchase and a good chat! He’s is truly a great asset to your team!!!!
