My boyfriend and I love this vape shop!! The employees are so kind and always have the best recommendations. We come here often and have never had any issues there. Prices are very reasonable and employees are super knowledgeable. Y’all are awesome!!

I was coming home from work one day driving down East Carson Street and stopped into one of the vape shops to find a battery for my cart. The guy wanted $35 for this yocan pro. My coworker said she had got one for $22 by her house so I thought 35 was steep. I asked the guy if he would negotiate the price and he said the price was firm, needless to say I did not buy the battery here. I searched for another smoke shop in my route home And found vapor shark in West Mifflin. I stopped in and they had the same exact battery. I asked the gentleman how much for it and he told me 17 bucks. Literally half the price of the smoke shop in the South side. Like that meme goes, the value of something depends on where it stands. Thanks vapor shark for keeping it real. We'll definitely be back to support. The gentleman was very nice as well and helpful.

Nick, who was in today did a wonderful job juggling me and another customer to help us figure out what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about vaping, and was about to give me information about everything in the store. The store itself was very clean and kept up with, I'll definitely be back

Hi, i am trying to quit smoking and new to vaping. Today i came to the store and needed to buy coils, but i did not have my Voo Poo Drag 2 device with me. I told the employee what device i had and he showed me coils he said would work. I told him that the coils i already had were bigger and i googled the kind of coils it took and showed him the results which was a u2 coil. He then insisted that the coils he had would work so i bought them and tried to fit them in my device at home. They didnt fit so i came back with my device and showed him. He then gave me a u2 coil, the kind i showed him i needed in the first place, but he said he could not give me a refund for the coils he sold me earlier since i opened them. I find this ridiculous since i told him i wasnt sure if these coils would work and showed him the kind i needed, the ones that eventually he sold me after he sold me the wrong ones. The wrong ones were a 5 pack called Voo Poo Pnp-VM4 and around 20 bucks. I understand i opened them, but i think a refund is fair considering he sold me the wrong product after i showed him the ones i needed. This was his fault.

I go here constantly, and this is hands down the best vape shop I have been to. They have so many options, and honestly, their prices can't be beat. Wonderful workers, and they always accommodate me when I have my child with me.
