There are a few locations in the Williamsport area, but I frequent this one because it is the closest to the downtown area and convenient when traveling by 🚎 or on 🦶. Prices are identical to all of their other locations and comparable to many stores in the area. I notice the skill machines seem to generate a number of customers for them as well. Friendly and courteous staff and I never wait very long in line, but it stays busy. One of my regular stops n the weekends.

I've been going there since I was a kid. I go there for my energy drinks they have a great deal for those. They also have certain soda that I can't find anywhere else so that's awesome. The only problem I've ever had was with one employee it's an order white lady with glasses I believe. She is very rude and demanding and does not make you feel okay to even be in the store like you're intruding on her space. Even though the point of her being there is to help you buy something. But other than that every single other employee is amazing. Especially the one younger gentlemen who know some of the customers by name he talks to them like they are his best friends and he's amazing especially the other girls are amazing as well. My only issue is with the one lady other than that it's a great place to stop by and get a drink or some cigarettes or play the lato. My grandparents smoke and they say this Puffs has always had good prices and great coffee.

Staff was super friendly. Fast service. They even make sure someone doesn't use another person's bank card by denying anyone who isn't the name on the card. I'd definitely shop here again!

Great prices and staff is great! I give the staff alot of credit as they put up with alot from some customers

Rude employees. Sold me a broken machine to make cigarettes. Returned 15 minutes later to try to exchange and my husband was treated like a complete criminal. I'm beside myself with the way they feel fit to treat a customer who solely comes to this store and pays decent money in. Do better.
