There are so many smoke shops, literally within walking distance to my house, but this one is the best IMO. The staff is great. Especially Randy. He is always super helpful and friendly even when he’s busy and they always have what I need. With so much competition, it’s the little things that keep us coming back faithfully! Thanks guys!

Just leaving this store now as I type this. They have a great selection of blunt wraps and E-Rig devices which I like but I won’t be giving them my business again. I wasn’t sure if they were open because when I arrived and parked it looks like all of the lights are off inside but the ‘Open’ sign is lit up. I walked in and no one said hi or welcome and when I asked about some of the dr dabber devices and questions about Puffco device chambers the staff had no idea what I was talking about and didn’t answer any of my questions which was weird. As I was checking out, he burped loudly mid sentence before saying have a good day. Would love to see the slightest bit of decent customer service or intent to answer a customer’s questions. Won’t be back ✌️

I’m a vendor actually for Best Buds and I went into the shop and met Tony. I’ve been to over 100 smoke shops and this team is more knowledgeable than anyone I’ve ever met in stores across the East Coast. I watched how they handled their customers and their customer service is a 10 out of 10. I was very impressed at the cleanliness of the store and the vibe was excellent. Good on you guys for making this a great place!!!!

This is a very nice store with mostly great staff. However, the last time I shopped there, I was not familiar with the person at the counter. Normally, I pay cash, but did not have any on me at the time as this was an unplanned visit. When I took out my credit card for payment, I was told by the person at the counter that the customer access for credit card was not working so I would have to give him my credit card. I didn’t think anything of it because I have been there many times with such great experiences. Well, the next day my credit card was hacked. And I don’t like to accuse people of things, but I had not used that credit card in almost a month and this was the only purchase that was recent. I contacted the store to let them know and the person I spoke to Did not really seem to give a damn. It’s a shame because I really like this place but the trust is completely gone. If I hadn’t stopped in that day and used my credit card, I might still be your customer. Because if it wasn’t for this bad experience, I would give at least four stars.

Great smoke shop! Steven was very friendly & knowledgeable with suggestions of what I was looking for. And this shop has so many pieces to look at that you could spend hours just browsing so to have someone there to point me in the right direction & answer my questions with ease was not only helpful but appreciated greatly! Highly recommend this location or 1 of their other 2 stores (Levittown/Langhorne area or Morrisville). Even if you’re not a smoker, this is a great place for holiday gifts for someone who is. Or just to grab your lottery/scratch off tickets!
