This smoke shop is a great place with a very friendly environment. The employees are helpful, respectful, and always make sure everything is handled properly and legally. They pay attention to the rules and treat customers with professionalism. The products are good quality, and the service is quick and reliable. Overall, it’s a trustworthy shop and a good place to visit if you want quality products and great customer service.

Im not gonna lie, the only reason I went into the store was for Hailey. Now that she doesn’t work there the whole store is strange. The older blonde lady that works there now is a mess and is annoying. Not one to judge but seems like she’s on something... People stand outside the store and smoke weed, what looks to be teenagers just standing out there, the young guy who works there is really nice, I haven’t had a chance to get his name but then again I have only been in there about 2/3 times recently. They need to bring the one girl Hailey back, she knew what she was doing and was familiar with everyone. Not only that but was fair and worked with people budget wise. Seems like a new owner of the store took over. Used to go there a lot but won’t be coming there anymore after seeing how erratic the older white lady acts.. Just weird... They got rid of the good employees for some reason and replaced them with weird, and what seems to be tweaked employees aside from the young guy.

Very wide range of stock availability they have, the oldest of neighborhood, loved the staff and renovation under new ownership💯👍

Depending on the cashier I'd give between 2-5 stars. The gentleman with the blonde hair and piercings is such a nice person and very professional acting. He's helpful in finding out what the best type of tobacco is etc. Also the other gentleman with the long hair is very courteous although I haven't seen him for a bit. The girl they have working there well she's ok but isn't very friendly as the other employees. I was short by 23pennies once , and had said I had to go to my vehicle to find some change . Many other places, and people would go into the change they have on the counter but she wanted every penny . So I don't know she's just different from the type I usually interact with.

Haylee was the nicest person and would work out whatever my budget is. She takes time to talk n have a 1 on 1 friendzhip with everyone who comes in. Customer service at it's finest!!!
