I've been coming to XO for a long time, the staff here are genuinely the most helpful and pleasant people I've encountered in retail. That's exactly why this review hurts to write. There is a heatwave happening right now and it is absolutely sweltering inside this store. We're talking potential OSHA-violation territory, dangerous working conditions for people who are on their feet all day dealing with customers in a small commercial unit. Sort this out. Your employees are your best asset. Treat them as such!

The smoke shop kind of just like sucks. Every time I try to go I always get really negative vibes from like the place and like tonight I was like 13 minutes away and I asked if they were you know closing the dude says they're closing at 5:00 they're actually closing in like 8 minutes. If they waited a little bit longer I could have been able to buy a water pipe, a few Vapes I probably and some cleaner. If I'm able to do a badreview I would have done a good review. I'm going to my mom's so I don't even live by the smoke shop anymore but when I did I would never go to it they just were upright

I think the owner needs to hang out in the shop more often. I get charged different prices for the same item, because some of the workers actually scan and charge you, and some just give you a number and type it in on the card machine.

I came in the smoke shop today and the guy behind the counter was arguing with a customer, he just kept going, the customers wanted to purchase products, pay and leave and he kept going! Then they did not serve the customers! That was the worst, coming in and hearing him argue with them that was unprofessional!

I generally try to avoid this place because the clientele doesn't believe in NOT double parking. But I only needed a cigar cutter so I went. I immediately regretted my decision when I walked in because apparently the central air was off! However I was pleasantly surprised to see the two brothers behind the counter. Despite the temperature the one assisting me was quite knowledgeable ( he knew the cigar brands ) and helpful. I'm glad they're hiring from the community but, I'll still avoid frequenting the entire Plaza when I can.
